Toure silent on Man City future

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure refused to discuss his future at the club on Tuesday when asked about the subject at the launch of Fifa's new anti-discrimination monitoring system.
Toure's agent, Dimitri Seluk, accused City of ignoring his client's birthday last year and said last week that the Ivory Coast international, whose contract expires in 2017, was "90 percent certain to leave" during the close-season transfer window.
Toure, who turns 32 on Wednesday, has been linked with Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain, but he declined to comment on the reports.
"Today we have more important things to talk about," he told journalists at Wembley Stadium. "The racism issue is more important than my future."

Kroos set to be fit for Juventus clash

Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos is expected to be fit for his side's crunch Champions League semifinal, second leg against Juventus on Wednesday after fears over a hip injury were allayed on Sunday.
The German World Cup winner had to be replaced midway through the first half of Madrid's 2-2 draw with Valencia on Saturday which all but ended their La Liga title hopes.
"Thank you for your kind messages! I've just been through the examination. Dont worry. Let's focus on Wednesday," Kroos posted on his official Twitter account.
Kroos's presence would be a huge boost to Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti as his side try to turn around a 2-1 first-leg deficit with another influential midfielder Luka Modric already sidelined by a knee ligament injury.

Eagles job: Money made us settle for Keshi

President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick has confessed that lack of funds was responsible for their settling for Coach Stephen Keshi as Super Eagles manager.
Though, he maintained that the choice was no mistake on the part of the NFF, he noted that if they had the resources, they would have gone for a foreign technical adviser in the mode of Chelsea’s Jose Mourinho or Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger.
